Expectations Exceeded
Perhaps the obvious reasons for becoming a Beachbody coach...
1. Financial gain - yep, you are going to make money.
2. Helping others with their health & fitness goals (fantastic, but obvious...you know that is what we do!).
Here are some aspects of Beachbody coaching, though, that I had never expected and that I am so thankful for.
1. Ultimate accountability - not only do you have your customers, friends, family, challenge groups, and all of the people out there that just happen to read or listen to what you are sharing, but you also have a team of Beachbody coaches that you are working with.
It would be so much easier to give up if it was >>me and only me<< working on my health and fitness goals! I'm in it and I won't give up now, no way!
2. Personal development - I really can't even put into words how this has changed my life. Personal development is learning and working on me. I commit to one hour of personal development per day. I typically listen to 30 minutes to and from work - podcasts, audio books, YouTube videos, etc.
As a mother of a 2 year old and 4 year old, working full time as a teacher, Beachbody coach, (still) going to school part-time, getting my workouts in, and everything else I need to do within my household (including fun), I just never knew I would be able to work on MYSELF for one hour per day by practicing the vital behavior called PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
I was thinking of how to explain this to you, and I'm a "blue" personality, which means I have a fear of being misperceived. I don't worry about what people think of me, but I worry that my intentions will be misunderstood. So, just to clarify, by no means does this suggest that I'm better than anyone or getting better than anyone else in this world. It simply means that I'm working on myself. There will always be something to work on. Why? Because if we aren't working on something, we aren't growing, and if we aren't growing, well...I guess that is the end of the journey.
If you are seriously ready to CHANGE YOUR LIFE, this opportunity is for you. Even if someone told me I would never have another customer again, I would still continue to be a Beachbody Coach.
